Hagerty Robotics
Hagerty Robotics is a 4 year program based out of Hagerty High School in Oviedo, FL. Our program focuses on spreading the importance of STEM education through robotics, both with with its attending students, and into the local community. Outreach, philanthropy efforts, and making connections with outside mentors to further our own knowledge are among the top goals for our program.
VEX Robotics
VEX robotics is a newer addition to our program, and VEX team Cyber Shock has been competing for 3 years. Currently, our VEX team has qualified for 1 State Championship (2019) , and has plans to continue competing in future years. VEX robotics engages a young audience and student base in order to teach STEM education through the world of robotics.
FTC Robotics
Our program hosts two teams that currently participate in First Tech Challenge, and have been competing since the start of our program in 2010. FTC focuses on teaching STEM and developing the passion for science and technology in youth. Our teams have both attended state competitions in previous years, as well as Nationals and the World Championship three times.
